Foodbank Drive

The Eaton Square Shopping Center held their 7th annual Hawaii Foodbank Drive during the month of April. Each year, tenants, customers, clients, area residents and even visitors have taken their donations to First Hawaiian Bank's Eaton Square branch. A decorated box was already filled and a large box on the floor almost filled when the pictures were taken. The Hawaii Foodbank will be picking up all donations at the end of April.

All tenants of the Eaton Square Shopping Center displayed a flyer noting the top ten most needed food products. They are tuna, canned luncheon meats, canned spaghetti/chili, soups, pork & beans, canned vegetables, caned fruits, dry beans or pasta, rice and cereal.

Eaton Square Shopping Center and the Hawaii Foodbank give a big MAHALO to those who took the time to make a donation. The shopping center got the drive off with almost one hundred pounds of food purchased from the Center's Food Pantry. Josie Ing, First Hawaiian Bank’s branch manager, said that there were many generous donations and should have two full boxes of food items from this campaign.
